Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the maintenance of the social and economic doctrine of the German Green Party. The authors consider the questions concerning the criticism of the existing model of economic development expressed by the "greens", as well as the arguments in favour of the necessity of the transition to the model of a postindustrial type development. Among the reconditions to that there are changes in value orientations of the individual and mass consciousness which assume giving up harmful non-natural requirements and making requirements of post material character more important. The transition to the new forms of social life organization assumes making large cities smaller, first of all, megalopolises with millions of inhabitants, which were generated by a modern industrial society. Special attention is given to the way the new model of social development, free from defects and contradictions of an industrial society, can be established.

Abstract
This article contains the results of an empiric research in the motivational sphere of the pre-schoolers' mothers who force their children's development. "Forcing" is understood as mother's striving to accelerate her child's development at the expense of earlier transition to the next stage of development (meaning acquiring skills and qualities characteristic for elder children). It has been shown that the motivation of achieving their children's happiness is one of the leading in the motivational sphere of the women under research. But the mothers who force their children's development are also guided by the instrumental motivations of motherhood unlike the mothers from the control group for whom their own well-being is more important. It has been concluded that the aspiration of a mother to force her child's development is connected with the instrumental motivations of motherhood.

Abstract
The effects of a heat shock (HS) on the protein synthesis in the embryo tissues of dormant recalcitrant horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L.) seeds in the course of their stratification were studied. It was established that in all embryo parts, especially in axes, the HS markedly activated protein synthesis in the beginning of stratification, and the HS suppressed protein synthesis at radicle emersion. 10 proteins were singled out which behaved as obvious heat shock proteins (HSP); they were predominantly thermolabile cytosolic proteins. Simultaneously with HSP the bulk of normal cell proteins continued to be synthesized under the conditions of the HS. It is suggested that such response to the HS is characteristic just of embryo tissues; it could be considered an additional molecular mechanism improving embryo tolerance to unfavorable environmental conditions.

On the basis of the assessment of students' actual feeding it is established that feeding disorders can be mainly found among girls. 18 % of them show signs of both protein deficiency and protein-calorie deficiency. The probable cause of the somatic form of protein deficiency is the insufficient consumption of proteins, while the cause of protein-calorie deficiency is the insufficient consumption of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. The correlation between the parameters of the nutritional status and the chemical composition of food are established. It is revealed that trekrezan promotes restoration of protein and protein-calorie deficiency.

The review gives modern scientific data on the role of physical activity in preventive maintenance and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. It is shown that regular physical activity influences health and labor productivity positively. These effects are easily predicted, depend on the amount of physical activity, and are suitable for a wide range of persons. The authors present the data on the changes of the NO levels, free radical levels and the inhibitors of free radicals in cells. Besides, there is information about the molecular processes in endothelium and muscles (such as high level of metabolism of phosphates and lowered expression of NAD(P)H oxidaze), depending on the intensity of the physical exercises which show the decrease of oxidative stress at moderate physical activity. Recommendations on programming the exercises for the persons suffering from various cardiovascular diseases are presented.

The article analyzes the theoretical ideas of I.A. Baudouin de Courtenay and N.V. Krushevsky about the categorial organization of a language system and of word formation as part of it. The most important ideas are those of substantiality and notional basis of language categories, those of nominative and structural specificity of "the systems of word types" and "word categories", and those of the sign nature and separability of morphemes. It is proved that it is these ideas that form the basis of the actual doctrine of word-formative categories that is focused on the investigation of the onomasiological and cognitive mechanisms of word formation.

The article considers the problem of measurement in quantum mechanics, the solution of which is offered in Copenhagen interpretation. The basis of such interpretation is the idea of the wave function collapse and the world division into quantum and classical ones. Everett showed the inadequacy of this idea using the analysis of Schrodinger equation. Everett offered the theory the initial postulate of which is pure wave mechanics introduced as a complete theory. The resulting formulation of quantum mechanics gives a deterministic description of a closed system without external supervision. The authors make a conclusion about the existence of the quantum multiverse.

In the article the author attempts to explain the mechanism of human development evolution using the concept of differentiating the human needs into the needs of several grades of necessity: ordinary, lower and upper. The author convincingly proves that the change of some stages in the evolution of a human potential is due to the cyclic nature of the economy. During economic crises and depressions the development of demographic, psychological and value components of a human potential becomes most important. When there is a revival in the economy it is important to develop labour and organizational components. During the periods of economic upturn it is the innovative and intellectual component, as well as the professional one, that is of great importance. The author concludes that depending on the level of society development the transformation of human potential as a system is in the dominance of one or the other forms of this potential in the times when the phases of social reproduction change.

Abstract
The paper describes the evolution of the concepts of legislation, justice and law in the European legal thought. The distinction between ius and lex is related to the peculiarities of the development of Roman law. Aristotle treats the law as a result of the application of the act of legislation. The concept of ius had, amongst the others, a similar meaning in Roman law. The law in this sense appears to be a primary concept. Justice was associated with the law and was reduced to the principle of equality. The special meaning of ius - just by nature - was singled out due to Roman lawyers' aspiration to justify its character. Saint Thomas Aquinas combined Aristotle’s doctrine of justice with Cicero and the Roman lawyers’ doctrine of the law (ius). In the early modern period the reduction of the concept of legislation to the concept of justice loses its relevance, legislation is clearly interpreted as freedom.
