In the given article the author considers modern scientific concepts of the French researchers on the problems of separatism and formation of the new states. The analysis of the basic theoretical works of the French politologists, sociologists and lawyers on the given problematic is carried out. The considerable attention is paid to the legal aspects of separatism, the political, economic and ethnocultural reasons of formation of the new states are analyzed. In the given article the author conducts the analysis of the role of the central government in the solution of problems of separatism on the territory of state; also the policy of the regional authorities is investigated. At the end, the author makes conclusions concerning the influence of various factors on the development of separatist movements inside the country and legal ways of prevention of the attempts of the territorial separation.

The present article is devoted the questions connected with disintegration of the USSR. The present article deals with the composition of the State Duma (Lower House of Russian Parliament) in its four post-Soviet convocations. The article is devoted to the research into a problem of disordered empathy development of preschool children. Empathy is considered to be a part of child’s personality dimension. Empathy is investigated at preschool educational establishments in city of N. Novgorod. Empathy of preschool children with normal personality development and children with abnormal personality development is analysed in the article. The research also touches the problem of emotional dimension of children having different levels of human personality development in child-parental interaction.

Peculiarity action of a heat and of external introduction Н2О2 on process use of glutation are investigated, and also the content carotinoids in chloroplasts of wheat of a grade of Sharg within 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes. As a result of researches has been found out a considerable role of glutation in support of functional activity chloroplasts at action as heat, and of external introduction Н2О2. The adaptive increase of content in chloroplasts of carotinoids already through 5-10 mines after the beginning of action investigated stressors confirmation about the important role of the given substances in protection of photosynthetic membranes.

The description of up-to-date Stavropol Height flora state, in particular the highest mountain of the Russian plain, the Strizhament mountain flora is given. In the article a great attention is paid to the group of plants, so-called antropophits, to the plants which appear in the local biothat thanks to the human being, and also to the plants growing in the places influenced by people. The Strizhament mountain territory is floristically very rich and it is quite necessary to preserve this natural wealth.

Water quality monitoring causes for identifying the number of discharged aqueous waters and contained contaminants. Based on data of dirty discharge by using mathematical formulas the anthropogenic impact on the watercourse of Oka basin within Moscow Region was estimated. According to the obtained data the condition of the river basin is characterized as satisfactory. From all the tributaries of the Oka basin, the Moskva River has a very high anthropogenic loading, which is confirmed by the methods of estimation.

In the article the data of the research devoted to the definition of the maintenance of Cu and Ni in the basic components (soils, parent rocks, vegetation, snow water) of North taiga, forest-tundra and mountain-tundra landscapes of the northwest of Kola peninsula are given. The features of accumulation and migration of considered cations are revealed, the correlation of total and acidsoluble forms of copper and nickel are defined. The degree of the influence of technogenic issue of Cu and Ni in the conditions of industrial extraction and manufacture of the given metals within the region is defined.

The article describes a set of strategies that help to identify cross-cultural differences in discourse structures and the culture-specific mechanisms of speech acts production. This set of strategies can be used as a method of discourse analysis that will contribute to preventing miscommunication in intercultural interaction. Analysis of samples of business correspondence in English, Russian and Japanese shows that the three cultures are different in one of the five dimensions of culture identified by G. Hofstede, which is power distance. This difference gives rise to miscommunication or at least communicative discomfort. The analysis also reveals discourse tactics and strategies that each culture employs to produce a culturally appropriate text. The article also argues that miscommunication can be prevented if teaching a foreign language we aim at developing learners’ intercultural communicative competence.

The article aims at the analysis of English language teachers’ intercultural professional communication in modern times to through light on factors that might either foster or hinder it. The fact of a foreign language being a means of intercultural communication does not prevent it from being efficient. The main barrier is the sociocultural loadedness of language teaching terms.

The author comes to conclusion that Russian poetry of 1830-th is characterized by special increase in understanding of ontology and significance of patriotic feelings for persons` spiritual development.

The article presents a logical and conceptual interpretation of indefinite pronominal adverbs когда-то, некогда, когда-нибудь, which refer to a different time. It is noted that the analyzed temporal adverbs are closely connected with the speaking subject, his point of view and the semantics of temporal uncertainty is not alien to them. It is proved that in the syntactic constructions with the adverb когда-то relevant is the idea to preserve and reproduce in the consciousness of the speaking subject previous events and impressions.The temporal adverb некогда, which is also aiming on the memory is in synonymous relationship with когда-то. Due to abstract nature of syntactic constructions with когда-нибудь it’s impossible to judge about temporal characteristics of an event, and this reinforces the meaning of temporal unncertainty.

The paper shows the system of semantic organization of predicative usage of prepositional-case forms of nouns. In Russian, there is a semantic paradigm that organizes the syntactical units with similar and opposite meanings; with different meanings, expressed by the same syntactic forms. Noun word forms come into synonymous, antonymous, homonymic and other relations. Synonymous relations are studied on the example of prepositional-case forms of nouns in the predicate function in bisubstantive sentences.

Influence of the short-range orientational order on phase diagrams of polymer solutions and lyotropic liquid crystals was found. Existence of binary systems with many upper and lower critical temperatures was shown. The binodals and spinodals equations were derived for lyotropic liquid crystals and polymer - solvent systems with account of the short-range orientational order.
