Abstract
The scale of the anthropogenic transformation of natural environment in the recent
decades is constantly increasing. From the late 1990s animals have appeared in new wildlife
management conditions. An attempt to comparatively estimate the change in the avifauna of
mixed forests for 57 years was initiated in this work in connection with anthropogenic change
of mixed wood and its surroundings. Calculations were made in the sections of the forest,
located far from the converted territories. The analysis of the avifauna is represented in the
comparative aspect, on the basis of the statistics of birds in 1954, 1987-1990, 1998-2000
and 2011. The environmental changes were relatively favorable for the plastic forms of birds
and unfavorable for the narrow specialized forms. Fundamental changes in the avifauna for
a 57 year period were not revealed.
In 2011, after a small decrease in 1998-2000 years, an increase in the density of bird population
to the level of 1954 was noted. Coeffi cient of the degree of similarity of specifi c variety during
the periods from 1987 to 1990 and from 1998 to 2000 years have high value - 84,2, and 73,0 in
2011 respectively. The changes of avifauna are related to species composition. The dominant
group of birds preserved its composition as a whole. The tendency of retention of the number
of background and numerous species with insignifi cant reduction in their portion was outlined.
Reduction in the number of usual species with the growth of their fraction in avifauna, reduction
in the quantity and fraction of numerically insignifi cant species were observed.

The paper deals with etymological analysis of the lexemes iskusstvo and art
both in the Russian and English languages. The article considers the development and
changes of meanings of these lexemes and compares their semantic structures on the basis
of defi nitional analysis permitting to reveal common and different meanings. The author concludes
that both lexemes have Latin origin, but the English lexeme art developed broader
polisemy as compared with the Russian lexeme iskusstvo.

Abstract
This article investigates connotation of the concept of the initial conceptual sphere.
The material of research consists of the articles from British and German papers. Using the
methods introduced by G. Lakoff and M. Johnson the author analyses connotation of the
concept of the initial conceptual sphere. The research allows of making a statement that
national stereotypes are refl ected in the connotations of the concepts of the initial conceptual
sphere. The author of a metaphor chooses a concept with a particular connotation to describe
the representatives of his or other nation, thus expressing his auto- and heterostereotypes.

Abstract
The article is focused on foreign experience of cooperation between the State and
public sectors in providing social services. Despite the fact that the cooperation between the
Government and non-governmental organizations in this sphere is constantly evolving and
improving, however, their relationship is quite paradoxical: on the one hand, the authorities
clearly recognize the importance of the activities of non-governmental organizations for the
society; on the other hand, they cannot avoid confrontation with them.

The paper describes the maximum phase retard and birefringence value realization
conditions for photosensitive 6-phenoxy 5,12-naphtacenequinone (6-Ph-5,12-NQ or PNQ)
substances in different polymeric matrices. A mode of the photostationary status determined
only by activating radiation spectrum is found under long-term irradiation. A complete scheme
of the photochromic transformation in both polymer matrix and toluene solution under usage
of both UV activating radiation and visible disactivating light is also established. The materials
are used to record polarization holograms and reconstruct images.

Abstract
Phenomenological and existential methods solve the problem of epistemological
subject, object and truth in different ways. But at the same time these two methods tackle a
common task - the cognition of Gods reality and meaning of life. Russian religious philosophy
synthesized these methods with mystical experience and created integrated knowledge
on the basis of Christian methodology.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the developed processes of pelletizing complex
fertilizers taking into account the physical, chemical and rheological properties of their
original components. The pelletized powders and blends differ in content by elastic, brittle
and hygroscopic components, as well as the presence of various special agents. The most
effective are the products which have granular form. The article gives recommendations on
the choice of design parameters and equipment in particular pelletizing process by pressing
and molding taking into account the nature of the material and its structural and deformation
properties, in general. It is established that the change in the angle of the blades granulator
from 50 to 100 allows of regulating the quality of additional grinding and mixing of the
components of the charge with a maximum output of marketable fraction.
