Abstract
Abstract The article presents the results of a comprehensive study of the characteristics of Ukrainian social and media flows about the Crimea development in Russia. The design of the study includes an automated analysis of the content of social media messages using special software and discursive analysis of relevant social media documents. Four types of information flows of the Ukrainian network leaders are identified. They form anti-government settings among the Crimean and Russian users. The specific weight of these flows in the structure of social and media space is defined. The technological, structural and substantive characteristics of the most significant and influential Ukrainian flows aimed at constructing discourses of Russian aggression and illegitimacy of political decisions of the Russian authorities are analyzed. The largest social media stream is dedicated to the “Russian aggressive position” discourse, the dynamic of this flow is quite stable in social media “VKontacte” during 2014 - 2018. Both the titles of the most influential blogs and the tags of the flows reflect the idea of war between Ukraine and Russia. The paper provides the new body of empirical data on the social media space segmentation and share the unique method of search for the Internet content.

Abstract
Abstract The purpose of the article is to analyze the role of “new media” in modern political conflicts on the basis of statistical data. The theoretical significance of the work is associated with the justification of various information and communication technologies, the use of which increases the opportunities for their application in political reality. On the basis of the analysis and synthesis of terrorist organizations’ activities in the “new media” the reasons of public susceptibility to information influence are revealed. The authors come to the conclusion that “new media” become direct participants of information wars. Besides, they significantly surpass traditional media in the context of information and propaganda activities.

Abstract
Abstract The primary objective of the article is to identify and analyze subjects, technologies and trends of political posting in the Russian Internet segment. The authors analyze the data of sociological surveys, specific examples and peculiar technologies of the Runet political posting. The opportunities given by the specific software are also analyzed, the Metabot browser plugin and Google Trends application used to analysis of Internet political content taken as an example. The analysis reveals the main groups of political posters, their methods and technologies, as well as the significant trends in development of the Russian political posting in 2017-2018. The authors come to the conclusion that there is a kind of “technology race” of political posting in the modern Runet. Theoretical significance of the article is in its thesis about the synergistic interaction of political actors and institutions and the Internet media. The practical value of the research includes the Internet posters typology and the study of the political posting identifying technologies.

Abstract
Abstract The article identifies the lines of the interaction between the state and the Russian Orthodox Church in pre-revolutionary Russia. It reveals the genesis of the state-church relationship. The role of the church in strengthening the state power, as well as the historical logic of the state and Orthodoxy coalescing is defined. Besides, the attitude of the state to other religions is given. The genesis of interaction between secular and spiritual power in Russia failed to follow the evolutionary path. Political centralization and concentration of power invariably turned into the state domination over the church, which resulted in its nationalization. Despite positive trends in relations with other religions, the principle of religious tolerance did not spread. The author outlines proposals for the development of state policy in relations between public authorities and the Church, including active state-church dialogue, including state support to the Church which took into account Russia’s society being multinational and multicultural.

Abstract
Abstract The paper considers the institutional structure of the “rear support” of information and ideological warfare. The main elements of the institutional structure are official ideology of society/state, political communication between the ruling class and the subjects, education system, and research organizations. Main contradictions and difficulties arising in the process of the rear support of an information and ideological war inherent in modern Russian society are discussed. The obtained results make it possible to conclude that the rear support of information and ideological warfare in Russia requires targeted systematical measures to eliminate the existing problems.

Abstract
Abstract The aim of the article is to found the regularities, the recurring tendencies in the development of the patriotism concept in political ideology. Ancient society is used as a “laboratory” for studying these regularities. Since it is very simple in its social structure, its worldview paradigms, including patriotic ones, appear in the political ideology of antiquity in an extremely clear, refined form. The article considers versions of conceptualization of “civic duty” and “patriotism” in the political ideas of Antiquity. It emphasizes that the concept formation of “patriotism” is directly related to the civil identity formation. The evolution of the concept reflects significant changes in the society including those determined by social differentiation. The article indicates that the concepts of patriotism are not just tools of ideological struggle between different political forces, but having a deeper nature, they reflect significant changes in society. The study of this evolution allows us to reveal the patterns that are reflected in the modern political trends.

Abstract The article presents the comparative analysis of social advertising use as the state instrument of patriotic promotion. The source basis for the analysis is the posters and videos of patriotic orientation of different periods of history. For direct consideration advertising products from the USA, China, Germany, Israel and Russia were taken. The influence of the dominant ideology on the formation of patriotic advertising images is traced. Special attention is paid to the formation of an image of the enemy through advertising and the national specifics of its visual representation. Patriotic advertising relates to the specific interpretation of patriotism in various ideological and national contexts. The conclusion is drawn about the most consistent distinction between patriotism and nationalism in the tradition of forming a political advertising product in Russia. The practical significance of the article is determined by the possibilities of using the results obtained in forming the modern Russian social advertising in the field of patriotic education.

Abstract The purpose of the article is identification of the specifics of political and religious institutional interaction of Russian Orthodox Church and the state. Speaking about institutional interaction of church and state, the author focuses attention on the degree of religious institutes integration into political system. The main content of the research is the analysis of the institutionalization of the Russian Orthodox Church’s (ROC’s) political and religious interaction with the modern Russian state. The methodological basis for the research is the institutional approach. In the course of the research the attention is focused on the concept “secular” as a norm within which there is a standard regulation of political and religious interaction. Following the results of the research the authors draw the following conclusion: the ROC is a part of the political system and the specific actor of the political process. Using the category “secular” the authors managed to update the perspective of the analysis of the political-religious interactions.

Abstract
Abstract The article aims to analyze the features of election periods in Russia, to reveal the connection between the course of election periods and the mechanisms used in the framework of these processes for the democracy development in the state. To identify the connection between the indicators, marking the course and results of election campaigns, and the democracy functioning, the method of logical reasoning was used. The research includes the results of sociological surveys. The author analyzes the revealed tendencies in the election behavior of the citizens of the Russian Federation. Among the results of the study there is the analysis of the turnout figures, their influence on the vote results interpretation and determination of the level of the power legitimacy in the country. The article also reveals the effect of the online mechanisms implementation into the political reality of election campaigns. The use of the concluding is of theoretical significance, and the possibility of using it in the next period of election determines the practical significance of the research.

Abstract
Abstract The article considers the process of new federative relations formation in Russia by the example of one of the regions that is indicative in the research context - the Republic of Tatarstan. The analysis of the dynamics of the republic’s identity policy implemented by the regional elite over the past 30 years was carried out using an interdisciplinary approach. The methodology and methods of political science, sociology, and ethnology were combined in the approach used. The results of the research allow us to trace the political, socio-economic and ethno-cultural determinants of the identity policy pursued by the regional elite.

Abstract
Abstract The purpose of the article is to conduct the political and territorial study of the border areas of the Russian Federation. The monitoring of the development processes in the border areas through the activation of inter-municipal cross-border (cross-border) cooperation is done. The collection and analysis of empirical data by the method of expert interviews and the method of expert focus group of regional authorities’ representatives from the border regions of the Russian Federation. The practical experience of inter-municipal cross-border (cross-border) cooperation on the example of municipal districts of Kaliningrad, Murmansk regions and the Republic of Altai is studied. Basing on the results of the study the author draws conclusions about the state of cross-border cooperation of local governments in the framework of creating appropriate legislative support. In conclusion of the article proposals for the development of the border municipalities territories are formulated.

Abstract
Abstract The paper examines the problem of diagnosing an aggressive image of the world as a system of ideas about threats originating from people and social institutions. A new approach to the problem of network psychodiagnostics, based on identification of semantic equivalents of statements from techniques that diagnose a certain psychological trait, is proposed. Semantic equivalents revealed by factorization of personal questionnaires are described for the items of the scale of the Bass-Perry aggression questionnaire. The conclusion is that the obtained data significantly expand the possibility of identifying aggression by textual analysis.

Abstract
Abstract The paper examines the important problem of studying the methods of conducting psychological operations in the context of their increasing role in information wars. The analysis is based on the fractal dynamics of information and psychological impact. The generalization of the new information about modern Ukraine within the framework of the selected problem makes it possible to identify, substantiate and introduce the method of “infiltration of the archetypal ‘sickness’ image” into scientific use. According to the results of the theoretical analysis, a generalized description of the method and its components, revealing the psychological nature and value system of the concept, is presented, and a working definition is proposed. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the “archetype-kenotype” image as a conceptual basis for constructing virtual constructs of the society disintegration method. The process of the method development is traced on a fragmentary basis, as well as, in terms of its application and the degree of influence on the society. The proposed approach will be of interest to specialists in the field of information and psychological security.

Abstract The purpose of the article is to identify security markers in subjects that differ in the reflection of the features of the information war. The empirical stage of the study involved 240 people. The main research methods were the free association method and the survey. The results of the study revealed the differentiation of subjective markers of security at different levels of awareness of the information war on the parameters of detail, objectivity, controllability, balance. The article demonstrates the importance of taking into account the situation of the information war when considering the issues of subject security.

Abstract
Abstract The article educes main characteristics of the new models of the creolized text in the Internet-system. Besides, the linguistic realization of these texts is analyzed. The authors describe some special aspects of the creolized texts functioning in social and global nets and consider basic similarities, common linguistic aspects and differences of the new models of the creolized internet-text. The maim results of the research of linguistic forms of the educed text-models are expounded in the article. Some ways of further poly-aspect analysis of the phenomenon of the creolized internet-text from different standpoints are symbolically designated. With the help of the discourse analysis the creolized internet-text is characterized as a type of social communication. Various formal and secondary aspects of the creolized internet-text content are also mentioned.

Abstract In the post-truth era of the postmodern worldview and the simulacra dominance the study of the Chinese media discourse in the global media-sphere is of special importance. Besides, it is interesting, primarily, from the point of view of their use of relevant modern discursive and information and communication technologies to strengthen their role in international processes. The main content of the research is the analysis of the media text samples chosen from 2013 to 2018. The media texts are analyzed as units of Chinese political media discourse. Summarizing the results of the research the author comes to the conclusion that the discursive practices of the Chinese media on foreign policy issues are specific and unique. The author manages to renovate the topic of the political discourse, having singled out the linguistic peculiarities of Chinese media texts.

Abstract
Abstract The present article examines speech strategies and tactics of their implementation within the framework of linguo-pragmatics in advertising discourse as exemplified in English and Russian social advertisements. Besides, linguistic and extra linguistic means used in them are found out. As a result of the comparative analysis, speech strategies of argumentation, persuasion and warning are singled out as the most relevant. In this work, the method of linguistic pragmatic analysis, the method of component analysis, and the statistical processing of data from a linguistic experiment were used. Theoretical value is in the development of speech manipulation theory, specification of methods of speech strategies functioning (strategies of persuasion, warning and argumentation) in social advertising and clarification of linguo-pragmatic potential aiming at harmonization and influence of business communication on the global intercultural speaking world. Practical value of the article is in the ability to use its results while developing methods of improving business communication in the sphere of social advertising.

Abstract The paper examines the problem of communicative tactics and strategies in tourist discourse. The purpose of the study is to identify linguistic and pragmatic features of communicative strategies and tactics in the texts of such Japanese tourist sites as JTB (Japan Tourist Bureau), H.I.S., and KNT (Kinki Nippon Tourist). The theoretical and practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the obtained results will not only expand the study of the problem of “communicative strategies and tactics”, but also will be useful as recommendations for producing tourist promotional materials for Japanese tourists. By using the linguistic description method based on such techniques as collection, method of continuous sampling, comparison, synthesis, processing, and classification of the research material, we the following Japanese-specific tourist discourse-specific tactics are identified: “guarantee of security”, “popularity”, “appealing to well-known brands”, and “comparison with the culture specific items known to the addressee”.
