On the basis of the formal parameters (author's name and surname, title, year and place of defence of a thesis, etc.) the article analyzes the problematics, ideological trends and individual personalities of theses on the history of Russian social and political thought in 2000-2012 years. The analysis of these parameters enables the authors to trace the development of the qualitative aspect of the science and allow to develop the program of further development of the history of Russian social and political thought.

The article deals with gender aspects of modern geopolitical process. It is stated that perversion and/or destruction of traditional gender of a man or a woman, as well as its separation from the corresponding biological sex, is a geopolitical antagonist's technology of limitrophe destruction and, thus, a technology of geopolitical aggression. The main point of this technology is marginalization of Fatherland as a manifestation a man-gender phenomenon, and marginalization of Motherland as a manifestation of a woman-gender phenomenon.

The article studies the formation and implementation of B.N. Yeltsin's policy, the first President of Russia. This political policy was aggregated in his annual addresses to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the period of 19941999. The specific character and the main leitmotif of the messages conditioned by the historical period are analyzed; as well as the realization of the political objectives, voiced in the addresses and the problems of realization of the announced course. It is concluded that there were some gaps in that political policy: the lack of planning, feasibility, control over the achievement of strategic objectives. However, there was certain continuity of the main themes and issues raised in President B.N. Yeltsin's addresses when resigning, and V.V. Putin's when assuming office.

The present study of the state fiscal policy in the area of social spending allows to identify the priorities of the social policy and its correspondence to the problem of formation of a welfare state in the Russian Federation. The article discusses the size of social spending and its place in the overall structure of government spending in Russia. A comparative international analysis is performed. The present study shows that the process of formation of a welfare state has some positive dynamics on the example of the main trends in the structure of social spending of the state.

The article deals with the problem of independence of the state judicial authorities, which is relevant to the development of the Russian society and state. It is noted that the building of vertically integrated political constructions at the beginning of this century increased judges' dependence on the president of Russia, as well as on legislative and executive authorities, and on Chief Justices. Judicial «vertical» has a negative impact on the effectiveness of justice in Russia. It provides the basis for the transformation of the courts into repressive authorities that serve the interests of a limited number of persons.

The article covers the problem of energy resources and strategic importance of African continent for the leading world powers. The author underlines the fact that at the beginning of the XXI century the struggle for the access to natural resources is growing, while the demand for hydrocarbons is on the rise. The USA, China, the EU and Russia are actively participating in different business development programs, their national interests being of first importance. Strengthening of Russia's positions in Africa may in the long run widen her influence that promotes the formation of multipolar world.

The article describes the possibilities of course professional development for specialists who teach Russian at multi-ethnic schools. Present technologies, methods, and forms of this process are described. Raising the level of teachers' skills is organized within the process of acquiring new cognitive tools which will lead to the reorientation in both the activity itself and in the subject of this activity. Teachers' competencies development is performed through the professional activity reflection. The author describes approaches (competence and individual ones) to designing the programs of skills development. Besides, the components of teacher's professional activity, required for consideration of structuring the development of professional competence of the teacher, are mentioned.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the lists of competencies adopted in practical professional field and in the regulations of higher education institutions. The author conducted a pilot study of employers' competence requests to potential employees in such cities as: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara and Kazan.The article presents the scheme of interaction between educational and professional environment in which the place of competence and awareness are defined. Basing on the study the author concludes that in its basis competences have some personal social and psychological qualities, such as: tolerance, perseverance, ability to resolve conflicts, etc.

The article substantiates the relevance of the study of personal characteristics of women seeking psychological help in a situation of a prolonged marital conflict. The concept of a prolonged marital conflict is disclosed. The results of original empirical studies of personal characteristics of women who are counselor's clients are presented. Besides, the author mentions the types of women requesting assistance in resolving conflict with their spouse. Special emphasis is made on the fact that a prolonged marital conflict depends on a personality. Strategies of psychological assistance to women seeking improvement of interpersonal relationships in the marital dyad are offered.

The article analyzes the bestiary in hagiographic picture of the world of S. Vasilenko's novel «Little Fool» and the artistic means of its representation . It is concluded that in the artistic discourse of the «novel-hagiography» animalistic images get individual semantics and become an encoded system based on Christian symbols of animals. Observations of contextual semantization and conceptualization of images of animals are given. Substantiated myth-tectonic analysis of literary and artistic discourse is presented.

The article analyzes still popular and frequently staged Oscar Wilde's comedy «The Importance of Being Earnest» in the light of his philosophy of unreal. The play is looked at as a kind of a response to the popular «well-made play» and problematic dramas of the late XIX century, where deep philosophical content is combined with the brilliant wit of the English author. Numerous accidents and reckless behavior of light-headed people conceal the idea of the power of irrational. The play also reveals the motives related to the sexual orientation of the writer.

This article is dedicated to the description of motivational relations of nonstandard items. Non-standard language is regarded as a special vocabulary with its cultural and social features. Motivation as a specific feature of a non-standard item is analyzed through the inner form of words. The article contains the analysis and the comparison of phonetic, morphologic and semantic types of motivation of nonstandard items in English and Russian. Specific features of motivation of English and Russian non-standard items are considered as special markers of cultural and social peculiarities reflected in texts.

The article focuses on the comparative analytical research of the texts of English epigrams and sonnets. Being texts of two close genres of the English literature, epigrams and sonnets are analyzed to systematize their common and distinguishing features. The article reveals the importance of the linguistic category of identity for the process of decoding the author's perspective in the texts of English epigrams and sonnets.

This article is devoted to the system of motives and images of one of the central poems of Brodsky's Christmas cycle. The main attention was focused on peculiarities of the artistic interaction of religious symbols and images of the everyday life spheres. The subject of analysis is also the composition of the text, its stylistic originality and functions of biblical allusions. Key generalizations concern the specific embodiment of convergent creative consciousness in Joseph Brodsky's poetry which became a fundamental criterion of literary neotraditionalism.

The present paper deals with some aspects of the linguocultural role, played by the translations of Holy Writ, especially in the process of the formation and development of the literary languages in the Christian religious and cultural area. In different periods and different regions the forms of the process mentioned were specific enough. It is stated that one of the decisive moments influencing the process was the existence (or the non-existence) of the previous literary tradition on the target language and the level of its development. The life of the languages, on which the Bible was translated, later turned out to vary.

The work is of interest for a wide audience. It contains historical material about the organization of handicraft production in the post-reform village of Voronezh region. The concrete examples of crafts: spinning, blacksmithing, dealing with brick and stone works, carpentry, making vegetable oil, roofing, tailoring, and dyeing. The article describes the history of the emergence and further development of these handicrafts. The results of the study lead to the conclusion about the appearance of competition, the law of value.

The article is devoted to the interrelation of two important characteristics of classification of knowledge: the power of the processes of changes and the level of knowledge personalization. Connected with innovative development some unique competitive advantages can be primarily achieved through the implicit knowledge management of the organization, aimed at establishing structural and functional knowledge. Stable competitive advantages depend mainly on formal approach to the operational knowledge management. An integrate approach to knowledge management is a combination of two approaches: personalized and informational ones.

Key aspects of the development of implicit knowledge as the most important factor of expanded reproduction of economic innovations are examined. Through the context of studying key problems of socio-economic development the author identifies the imperatives of implicit knowledge development. Specific directions of different entities activity to ensure the accelerated development of the system are offered. The author primarily means the system of the implicit ineffable knowledge. The conclusion about the necessity of turning scientific and educational sectors of the national economy into the leading sectors of the national economy is substantiated.

The paper presents the analysis of Russia's energy system functioning, as well as of major enterprises and their analogues in the world, taking into account the negative impact of global financial and economic crisis on their business. This analysis shows the importance of sustainable and sound development of the industry. It is concluded that the dynamic processes of innovation and technological development, the continuous search for new sources of energy, the growing needs of society and its economy; - all these pose problems which are impossible to solve without the use of new information technologies in controlling the entire system of Russia's national security with energy supplies. In particular, the article discusses the principle and the specificity of functioning of the ERP-system.

This article responds to existing topical issues related to the innovative processes in the military-industrial complex of Russia. The author analyses the main areas of supporting the innovative activity of defense enterprises, as well as the main types of innovations reproduced within the military-industrial complex. Emphasis is made on the state support of innovative activity of the defense industrial complex at the expense of the whole complex of measures, some of which may become the federal targeted programs of development.

The article considers the essence of the legislative process as one of the Central institutions of constitutional law, and especially its implementation in the Russian Federation. The analysis of normative acts regulating this process at the Federal level is given. The role of the President of the Russian Federation in legal regulation of various stages of the legislative process is noted. The author presents the characteristics of the main stages of the legislative process and their legal support. Suggestions for reforming the current constitutional legislation of the Russian Federation regarding the legislative process are made.
