The article describes the specifics of the state philosophy in I.A. Ilyin's political doctrine. Its features are exposed through the explanatory model consisting of spiritual and moral foundations, as well as of political and legal regulators. Among spiritual and moral foundations there are anthropo-ontological prerequisites, basic values and objectified forms of basic values to political and legal regulators - law, act of legislation, power. As a result of the structural-functional and discourse analysis of this model the author reveals the conceptual basics of Ilyin's state philosophy and justifies its originality.

The article reviews the problem of correlation between politics and textosphere; as well as the problem of adequate description of values and ideological orientations in political space and content-intentional parameters of political textosphere. The main directions of the relativistic approach to conceptual discretization of political texts are outlined. The author gives a brief description of the variants based on these conceptual multidimensional models. It is stated that they can form the basis of vector analysis of political texts. Besides, main goals and objectives of the possible applications of this method in political science are characterized.

The article examines the political aspects of integration of former Soviet republics in post-Soviet space. The study of the Commonwealth of Independent States established in December 1991 is given great importance. The author, using materials of the Russian and foreign press, attempted to objectively assess the significance of the CIS in peaceful dismantling of the Soviet system of governing the state, as well as the transition to the democratic form of government. The article analyzes the legal framework of interstate integration associations: the Eurasian Economic Community, the Customs Union, the Eurasian Economic Union.

In this article the author analyses the specific nature and the main theme of the Addresses of V.V. Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in 2000-2007 and their evolution, specifies their role in the political course of the development of the country. The content analysis of the Addresses, conducted by the author, allows tracing the evolution of the political course of the President: in the course of time the emphasis is shifted from themes of state structure and strengthening the vertical of power to more specific issues of socio-economic development and the solution of vital problems of the citizens.

In the article the mechanism of political manipulation is considered in the frame of cognitive analysis, highlighting the main elements of the political manipulation mechanism, analyzing interrelations of these elements, identifying the main principles of the manipulative influence efficiency. The article includes the classification of manipulative techniques differentiated by content, form and method of sending messages.

In this article the author examines the contents of the most significant regulatory legal acts governing the legal status of cultural heritage sites, which are owned and used by the Russian Orthodox Church. The author shows that as a result of the adoption of the latest laws religious organizations (primarily the Russian Orthodox Church) have become the owners and managers of the property for religious purposes, including the sites which have the legal status of cultural heritage. The Church has got the opportunity to determine the mode of cultural heritage objects, which were transferred to her.

The article summarizes the results of sociological research conducted by the author in January - February, 2014. The study involved 197 students of the North -Western administrative district of Moscow. The article discusses some aspects of students' civil self-determination, as well as the way they percept their homeland, patriotism, and the leading public institutions. All the aspects are considered as a factor of students' self-government development.

Using the example of forming the image of the acting political power, this article considers the peculiarities of the informative influence of modern Russian mass media on the consciousness of the Russians; the qualitative content analysis of diverse sources of information is conducted in order to expose means and ways of informative influence, with the help of which the image of power is created by different mass media. The problem of manipulative nature of communicative strategy of mass media and its adequacy to the current social and political situation and the model of state management is analyzed here.

The article is devoted to the role of personal values in the modern world. The article presents the results of an empirical study examining the meaning of life for schoolchildren of 7-11 classes, as well as for students of pedagogical and psychological faculties. The study considers correlation of life interests and professional ones. The forming of values in students - future teachers and psychologists - leads to the choice of the individual style of the future professional activity. Its manifestations directly depend on university lecturers who give an example of what life and professional values mean for a person by their own personalities.

The article analyzes the way young people understand a person's well-being in correlation with experiencing it. The basic psychological categories associated by young people with a person's well-being are described. Besides, the classification of a prosperous person's psychological qualities, revealed with the analysis of the ideas about him, is given. The factors of the subjective well-being of a person are structured on the basis of their importance and the satisfaction they bring. The factors of a person's well-being are differentiated into contradictory ones (factors that cause internal conflict or inner emptiness) and self-consistent ones.

The article substantiates the relevance of the study of personal characteristics of women repeatedly seeking psychological help in crisis centers in situations of spousal abuse. The notion of concepts “victimity", “victimize", “victim-type behavior" is revealed. Special emphasis is made on the fact that victim-type behavior is determined by personal characteristics. It is stated that in most cases it predetermines the dynamics of conflict development and tragic outcome in a matrimonial dyad. The article presents the results of studying personal characteristics of women who become clients of crisis centers seeking help in situations of domestic abuse for the purpose of development and deployment of special techniques of preventive work which is aimed at correcting the general level of a person's victimity, technologies of social and psychological support and rehabilitation in crisis centers.

The article describes techniques and recommendations aimed at improving consultation practice in legal institutions. The typology of clients seeking help in legal organizations is given. The research results show there are five groups of significant psychological techniques which are variably applied by lawyers. It is stated that the techniques are capable to increase effectiveness of consultations to citizens. The introduction of psychological preparation into the training process at law universities is mentioned as a prospect of enhancing the consultation effectiveness. Such preparation should have not only law students but practicing lawyers as well.

The article considers psychological help through the aspect of taking care, which is understood as work of psyche, joint work of several personalities - event-work. The author shows that care lies in the basis of psychic organization as a form of life practice, being an instrument of activity and identity construction, as well as the instrument helping create human nature in a human being. The article presents the grounds of psychology of psychological help - specific psychology of a person - capable to provide psychological help to people who need it, and to teach professionals to provide psychological assistance. The phenomenon of care is defined as a complex of care of oneself and the other, being an interpersonal phenomenon.

The present article considers the problems of word valence and its associative abilities in the space of literary discourse. The author's priorities in figurative apprehension of natural lexis are revealed, as well as lexical and semantic combinability of lexical items with the meaning of “atmosphere precipitation". It is noted that syntagmatic and associative relations of the lexemes under study are based on their dual content: real and event-driven. Observations show that the figurative semantics of these words is being developed through the personification and the trend towards the objectification. Besides, such semantics is expanding and is being enriched in accordance with the author's intention and text systemacy.

This article discusses the emergence of the genre of poetic parables in the Russian poetry of the XVII century. Mastering the parable in Russian Medieval literature occurs quite early. Stories are drawn from Holy Writ, Prolog and other translated works, which had become particularly prevalent by the times of the New Age. The plot-forming tendency occurs through the infiltration of parable motifs into the works of various poetic schools of author's poetry. The most illustrative examples of this process are the poetic epistles written by the representatives of Departmental (or Prikaznaya) school.

The article represents the creative personality of an American writer Mary Hunter Austin whose creative activity was connected with the southwest of the USA. In the extensive literary heritage of the writer the author singles out the works, which most obviously reflect the spectrum of problems and themes she was interested in. Special attention is given to the analysis of a problematic-subject complex and the descriptive row of Austin's well-known book «The Land of Little Rain». The work is characterized by the unity of the artistic and publicistic principles the author's stile is famous for. The author pays special attention to her creative connections with Jack London as well.

The article deals with some aspects connected with stylistic characteristics of realities as a specific layer of cultural-marked vocabulary. It is stated that, depending on the nature of the text and the author's intent, they can play a different role in the artistic fabric of the work. This circumstance greatly affects the choice of a translation strategy when interlingual transfer is performed. Such transfer requires a careful and comprehensive analysis of the respective units in the source text.

The article discusses the mythological worldview, created by M. Osorgin in the artistic space of the novel «Sivtsev Vrazhek». The components of the cosmogonical myth permeate the narrative structure of the text at all levels through the plot-forming function. Cosmological model presented in the book refers to the author's own philosophy, his ideological position and is caused, in particular, by emigrant consciousness. Unlike other writers of the first wave of Russian emigration, M. Osorgin did not just mythologize the image of the lost homeland, but grasped and wrote into the cosmogonical model of the world the historical events in Russia in the early ХХ century. The artistic fabric of «Sivcev Vrazhek» organically combine elements of cosmological myth.

This article focuses on metaphorization of emotions in the novel The Master and Margarita by M. Bulgakov and their translation into the Chinese language (Chian Cheng's translation). The descriptive theory of metaphor is used for the analysis of the text. Besides, the mechanism of metaphorization and the cause of the emotional state of the character as a perceiver of emotions is revealed. The article examines specific metaphors and their reflection in the message the author is trying to convey. Special attention is paid to the problem of metaphoric image preservation in the Chinese translation.

This article focuses on metaphorization within the process of generation of phraseological units, relevant to the theme of "learning", in Russian and Chinese languages. The author analyses the phraseological units on the topic. On the basis of the analysis the author also identifies the main models of metaphorization. The analysis performed enables to conclude that metaphorical idioms, related to the theme of "learning", have certain motivational properties. The mechanism of metaphorization plays a special role in the generation of phraseological units and communication.
