Abstract
The article contains a critical view on the traditional theoretical approaches to the analysis of values of patriotism in political culture. They are determined by the wish to substantiate universal and the most adequate definition and comprehension of patriotism. There is a contradiction between the interpretation of its content and motivational functionality caused by the presence of different worldviews and ideological stances of scholars and social and political figures. In order to settle this contradiction the authors offer an original approach. According to the authors patriotism is a value actualized in a social and political context which is characterized as difficult, always concrete and permanently changing.

The article investigates the kind of party elections which is rarely applied, but used in Germany, - the electoral system of personalized proportional representation. The author concludes that for Russia it would be more rational to use the earlier version of the German electoral system that combined the advantages of party elections, thus eliminating the possibility of the party influence on the outcome of elections in single-mandate constituencies.

Abstract
The article discusses the ontogenetic aspect of the problem of self-realization from the perspective of synthesis of subject approach researches. The role of a subject as a dynamic characteristic with its own laws of development is studied as a main component. The process of self-realization is linked to the stair-step development of the subject. The author justifies the thesis that the meaning of subjectivity increases with age and allows overcoming the dependence on external conditions, moving in the direction to self-determination, self-conditioning and independence. The integration of systems and subject-activity approaches makes it possible to study self-fulfillment as a continuous process of self-realization during the whole course of life being conditioned by the levels of the subject. This allows to fill the process of selfrealization with new content at the each stage of ontogenesis.

The article deals with the problems connected with interlingual translation of words having cultural regional peculiarities. It is marked that they can be considered as a special layer of words for which the so-called border between native and alien realities is typical. At the same time it is necessary to take into account that the idiom status, for which their usage is typical, can't always easily be determined unambiguously. Therefore it should be taken into consideration within interlingual/ cross-cultural communication.
