Abstract
The collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 led not only of sovereignty of former Soviet republics, but also some of the autonomous republics of Russia, one of whom was the RT. The process of adopting a local constitution and its provisions have provoked heated debate both in the republic, and at the federal level, as some provisions of the Basic Law of Tatarstan had no parallel in the history of domestic constitutional thought. The political atmosphere of the Constitution of Tatarstan was characterized on the one hand the pressure of the federal center, speaking for the signing of the federal republic of the contract, and presentations by the radical nationalist organizations, spoke for the independence of the republic.

Abstract
The article is devoted to a problem of the communications in a cyberspace the Internet. The communications is considered as the form of dialogue of users of computer networks. The review of psychological sights at a problematics the Internet-dialogue is made. Personal features of active users of computer networks and their influence on success of the communications are considered. Results of research of a part of the Russian youth which are conditionally named « by inhabitants the Internet », a significant part of time spending in a zone of dialogue of a cyberspace are covered. Abstract
The results of the research work dealing with the Upper Egorlyk River wood communities are given in this article. For the first time the basic types of wood communities associations with the detailed description of their modern structure and composition are presented. The wood communities’ degradation level is analyzed. The ecomorfological structure of research area woods flora is investigated. The analysis of archival documents concerning the wood wildlife management history of the research area since the middle of the XIX century is made on the basis of Stavropoulos State Archive materials.

Abstract
The classification of spring macrozoobenthos communities is carried out on original data. The 11 types of communities are shown. The differentiation factors of these communities are substrate type, water flow, water velocity. The two strategies of topical space division by communities are revealed. The first is when community occupies all existing biotopes. The second is when different types of the communities combine in the single spring. The former strategy realize by two modes: by the tolerance of predominant taxa and by the alteration in the predominant complex. Some types of community can show the both strategies in different hydrological conditions.

Abstract
Moscow Region is a part of a vast agglomeration, thus pollution issues, including soil pollution, are acute. The article tackles the problem of soil pollution with heavy metals, most harmful as soil pollutants. The developed methodological approaches have allowed us to make conclusions concerning the background heavy metal pollution of soil and to bring it out that chromium and nickel content in the soil is within the limit of maximum permissible concentration, while manganese, copper, zinc, and lead content exceeds the limit and that the soil pollution proceeds mostly aerogenically.

Specific character of political leadership in the East in the 20-th century is closely related to the problem of colonialism and its legacy that had an influence on the political culture of oriental societies. That is one aspect of the problem. Synthesized and combined society that arose in the East in the course and as a result of colonialism, having obtained its independence, set new political leaders a problem of legitimization of their powers of authority. Abstract
The author proceeds from the assumption that all characters of a literary work form a generalized image of man which is interpreted in linguistics as a concept. The recognized images of the representatives of certain cultures – the so-called linguo-cultural types possessing conceptual, image and value characteristics – could be distinguished within the concept. On the basis of dictionary definitions the article aims at modelling the linguo-cultural type of “comedian” drawn from works by Graham Greene. The basic features of “comedian” have been distinguished and conclusions have been made about its peculiarities in Russian and English speaking cultures as well as Graham Greene’s literary works.

Specific characters of the social state of children and adults in the modern society, including risk as one of social, economic, political, sociocultural description, are analyzed in the issue. The essence of the definitions “risk” and “society of risk” is shown, the main theoretical approaches to define them are systematized, their evolution is analyzed, their interrelation and interconditionality are shown. The author’s standpoint at modernization of Russian school, which is under reforms for twenty years and that social group as schoolchildren exposes to double risk – as a part of society and as a constituent of educational system, is being proposed. Article also states, that youth’s risks can be controlled, and one of the subjects of management must be children and adults.

The article deals with the integral logical theory of technological approaches of communicative influence. The meaning of terms «information», «informational communication» is specified since they are determinants for understanding of the whole communicational process in general. The basic models of these approaches are named and analyzed. Logical and semantic model of communication in foreign language teaching is formulated. In conclusion the author gives the definition of communicative influence and stresses the difference between communication and association. The article includes the interpretation of universal informational equation to explain the theory of communicative influence through information.

It has studied conplexation chloroxamineazo F with heavy nonferrous and the precious metals in sulfuric and chloride solutions. Photometric characteristics of reactions are determinated. It has found that when heated with Sn(II) chloride complex of palladium is not dissolve, in contrast to a reagent that dissolves with formation unpainted products. This effect is a promising for the development of sensitive photometric methods for determination of palladium.
