Abstract
Abstract The aim of the article is to reveal the features of political and civil forms of participation in the contradictory post-information society. The main content of the research is the analysis of civil activism methods and forms, implemented with the use of “soft power” and “smart power” resources. The author considers civil activism to be able to fit in and complement the important components of the “soft power” in Russia, as well as to act on parity roles with the state actors. According to the author the new methods of civil activism cause slow transformation of traditional components of the existing political system.

Abstract
Abstract This article presents the comparative analysis of the texts of the national anthems of the world states, considered as a political science phenomenon. The historical narrative of national anthems is directly examined. The characteristic is given to various types of reference to history through the format of a hymn. The schemes of the historical representation of a number of hymns with the most detailed presentation of the past are being reconstructed. Special analysis is made which discloses the theme of the unity of the peoples of the country with the Russian people in the hymns of the Soviet republics, experience of integration building through the implementation of historical politics being reflected. Particular attention is paid to the issue of historical conflicts, the image of the historical enemy in the national anthems. The historical narrative of the national anthems is also analyzed as a means of sacralization of certain plots and personalities of the past, consolidating the sacral matrix of national self-consciousness.

Abstract
Abstract The article considers the processes of internal and external migration as one of the key political problems that needs to be studied. External and internal migration flows in Russia are analyzed. The consequences of the migration movement of the population on political processes are identified and described. The political consequences of the internal and external migration flows in Russia are compared. The author comes to the conclusion that external and internal migration has a significant impact on the socio-economic and political tension in the society and poses a threat to Russia’s national security. However, the positive effects of external migration on the socio-economic sphere cannot be ignored, as they can be considered as a basis for replacing the shortage of working age strata.

Abstract The article is devoted to evaluation of the possibility of implementing experience of the functioning of the zemstvo self-government system at the present stage of development of the Russian society. It reflects the political and historical experience of transforming of the zemstvo self-government system and its tax mechanism. The successive elements of the tax system of zemstvo self-government are identified, the key principles of functioning of the self-government bodies are analytically identified and substantiated. Their implementation in modern practice will ensure the high-quality functioning of local self-government bodies.

Abstract
Abstract This article discusses the main regulatory normative acts and major events of youth policy in Europe and Russia. The purpose of the research is the systematic review of the European and Russian experience in the development of youth policy, as well as the comparative analysis of the results. The tasks include the analysis of youth policy measures in the Russian Federation and Europe, as well as the comparison of the results of these two systems. The methodological basis of this research consists of the methods of historicism, the comparative historical method and the method of content analysis. The research methods involve the use of a broad source base on this issue, the chronology of presentation being observed. The practical significance of this work lies in the consistent review of modern European and Russian youth policy. The theoretical significance consists in posing this methodological problem, as well as in analyzing the results of youth policy in Russia and Europe. The results of the study show conclusions about the effectiveness of the youth policy of the two regions.

Abstract
Abstract This article is devoted to the detailed analysis of the technological component of the information war operation, known as “the case of poisoning Sergey and Julia Skripal”. It has been established that The Case of the Scripals consists of two stages; each of them is based on two different schemes. The first stage of this information operation (which lasted from March 4 till March 22, 2018) was organized according to the classical “game with step-by-step rate increase” scheme. The second stage of the Scripals case began on September 5, 2018 with the publication by the UK criminal police interim report on the preliminary results of the investigation of the incident in Salisbury. It is based on the scheme that also has its code name: “Wolf Hunting”.

Abstract
Abstract The article is devoted to the influence of the temporal factor on the process of political perception. The author has examined a corpus of papers describing political perception and temporal changes. Temporal factor of political perception is conceptualized in retrospective, actual and perspective aspects. Connection is established between changes of the political optics and phenomena like nostalgia, collective memory and political socialization. The author makes the conclusion that the three aspects of temporal factor are interacted. In the conclusion of the article potential ways of studying temporal factor of the political perception are outlined.

Abstract
Abstract The aim of the study is to identify the ideals and functions of scientific and technical romanticism as a philosophical trend and the phenomenon of domestic political culture. Based on the methods of comparative analysis, as well as on the use of T. Parsons’ systemic approach, the author conducts a study of the ideals of scientific and technical romanticism in their comparison with traditional values and other common value systems. The result of the study is the identification of the ideals and functions of scientific and technical romanticism, among which adaptation, integration, goal-setting and the formation of latent samples are of paramount importance. The relevance of the study of the scientific and technical romanticism phenomenon is in its axiological aspect, due to the emergence in recent decades of modern science requests for the synthesis of rational and irrational ways of understanding reality, which found special spread. One of these is scientific and technical romanticism.

Abstract The article presents a research of middle managers’ speech preferences in professional activity. The analysis showed that not only professional and psychological characteristics of middle managers but also speech imperatives are important for successful management. The information content of speech imperatives, which determines the qualitative perception of orders by line managers and ensures accurate implementation of their tasks set by middle managers, is defined. The conclusion is that prevalence of imperative forms of syntactic irrealis mood is characteristic of successful middle managers.

Abstract
Abstract The article describes the results of modern methods implementation into the process of socio-psychological rehabilitation of the elderly. The aim of such rehabilitation is to improve modern complex methods (therapy and non-drug technologies) to restore and strengthen the cognitive sphere of the elderly person by expanding the adaptive capacity of the body. The course of psychological training of memory for the elderly is offered. This course includes the use of e-learning technologies (webinar sites). The aims of developing elderlies’ cognitive functions rehabilitation, including its motivational, emotional, and communicative components, are outlined. The goals of social rehabilitation are mentioned. In case they are achieved, it will help improve the elderly person’s general condition and his psychosocial status.

Abstract
Abstract The article deals with researching the phenomenon of the religious internet-discourse through the lens of socially determined factors influencing speech communicative behaviour of the net user’s language identity. The author explains definition of the hypertext material as a basic unit providing successful functioning of the researched discourse type. The analysis of the definite strategies, tactics and ways used by the producent proves cognitive pragmatic power of the hypertext to influence the language identity of the religious internet-discourse participant. Practical significance of the article consists in using methods of network navigation and browsing from the position of the user’s language identity with the aim of studying particularities of realizing information distributive and sociocommunicative functions of the hypertext material. Basing on the research results the author comes to the conclusion that functioning of the studied discourse type is mediated with the hypertext space. The researcher manages to renovate the topic of the religious discourse in the sphere of network discourse practices by means of analyzing the particularities of realizing hypertext features and functions in the religious internet-discourse space.
