Abstract
The paper is devoted to the analysis of notions of diplomacy and foreign policy and the features of the connected with them communication and its verbal realization, which includes: occurrence of evaluative words, morphological neologisms, switching verbal codes in diplomatic discourse and international relations in conditions of information wars. Acceptability and correctness of using low-flown words, neologisms with nonce words status, and rhetorical questions in speech of official representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation is demonstrated by the example of speeches delivered by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Abstract
The author considers the peculiarities of students' electoral behavior. Attitudes toward elections in general, and for the municipal elections that took place in the autumn of 2015 in the south-east of Moscow region are specifically analyzed. The results of the author's social study on this issue are presented. The study concludes that passive young people not participating in the elections constitute a significant proportion of the respondents. The federal elections (President of the State Duma) arouse significantly greater interest than local or regional. The dependence of the students' electoral behavior from the spheres of training is not identified. At the same time, there is a certain correlation between a student's electoral activity and his involvement into social or volunteer work.

Abstract
The article focuses on the relevance of enthnocentrism for context models constructed by authors producing discourse for in-group and out-group audiences, through the examples of the novel "Bigger than Ben, or a Russian Surprise for the Queen Mum" by S. Sakin and P. Tetersky and the feature film "Bigga than Ben" by S. Halewood. The paper marks out some verbal and non-verbal manifestations of ethnocentrism. Besides, a number of characters from the novel and their culture-specific transformations in the film caused by ethnocentrism are analyzed. Conclusions about the inevitable presence of ethnocentrism in context models, and hence in discourse, are made basing on qualitative and quantitative data acquired.

Abstract
The problem of this article is to consider correlations between the valency of verbs in German and means of expression of text category of locality. The German text, a text genre - memoirs - is chosen as object of research. In the article processes of formation of the relations between semantics of a verb and adverbial modifiers of place are revealed. As a result of the analysis of theoretical base and a practical research it is possible to draw conclusions on the interrelation existing between the valency of verbs and local markers, the verbs which are most often causing appearance of local markers are allocated, their valency is specified.

Abstract
The paper is devoted to the analysis of conflictogenous verbal components in inaugural speeches of the USA presidents, including the first one and the speeches made during 100 years. The aim of the research is to study the verbal components of the inaugural speeches as elements forming the program text, possessing unique characteristics - constant target audience and the form, which are kept within more than 225 years. The research is performed with the use of the qualitative contentanalysis method. The carried out research allows determining significant potential of the frequency content-analysis of "hate speech" in forecasting political conflicts and in development of political processes as a whole. Such methodology allows revealing not only public, but also latent political conflicts.

Abstract
The main subject of the article is one of the genres of German folklore benkelzang and its reception by Johann Wilhelm Ludwig Gleim. The article traces the way it influenced the author's viewpoint of Gleim against the general background of the German literature development, where the principles of the Baroque and Rococo played an important role. Besides, the interest to national folklore and folklore poetic genre are scrutinized as having certain influence on the poetry of Gleim and some of his contemporaries.

Abstract
In this article the authors continue previously published systematic analysis of the Russian party membership in the imperial and modern Russia. In the second part of the research the architectonic of political parties, their organizational structure, forms of interaction with the public, the technology of electoral mobilization are studied. On the basis of the analysis all the above characteristics and typological features of the all-Russian political parties in imperial Russia were consolidated into a single system of typologies. Basing largely on the identity of partogenez, it is shown that there is close typological connection between imperial and modern political parties in Russia. This connection is given on the background of the archaic phenomenon of the vertical party architectonic.

Abstract
The main purpose of the work is a reflection of social and political phenomena of our time - terrorism recruitment. The author offers his own definition of the object, supplementing the categorical apparatus of political science, analyzes recruitment mechanism on the example of different (on ethnic and religious grounds, a period of existence) extremist structures, as well as summarizes the principles by which the implementation of the recruitment takes place. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of the recruitment process is provided on one side at the expense of sustainable, science-based methods, and on the other - by the target audience-building, forming the "risk zone", which, in author's opinion, needs to be expanded and analyzed.

Abstract
The aim of this case study is to identify national stereotypes of constructing images of a father and a mother in the Russian worldview. To achieve it a thorough structural analysis of the corpus of proverbs representing a man (a father) and a woman (a mother) based on three levels (linguistic, logical-semiotic and realia) is being done.
