Abstract
The article is devoted to the concepts of «Professional competence of the teacher in the field of intellectual and cognitive development of children» and «the Improvement of professional competence of teachers of pre-school education in the sphere of formation of the intellectual-cognitive abilities of children of preschool age». Describes the results of systematic monitoring of the formation of professional competence of teachers and heads of pre-school education in the sphere of formation of the intellectual-cognitive abilities of children.
