THEORETICAL BASES OF SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL PHENOMENOLOGY

Abstract
The authors study the theoretical bases of socio-psychological phenomenology
as a new direction in the domestic psychology, investigating laws of occurrence, changes,
development, functioning, specifi city of manifestation and interrelation of business and interpersonal
information phenomena. It is shown that the philosophical analysis of socially-psychological
phenomenology demands overcoming the formal-logic thinking unilaterality which
separates the concrete from the abstract, as well as the opposite properties and qualities of
real objects refl ected in persons consciousness. The article states that communication phenomenon
becomes a peculiar socio-psychological phenomenon relating communication as
a system. Consequently, any scientifi c knowledge about the phenomenon of communication
becomes primarily certain knowledge, because it formulates concrete concepts, categories,
and patterns. Moreover, in this case the concept concreteness does not deny its content
abstractness, despite contradictory statements that, on the one hand, the truth always has
concreteness, on the other hand, that the theory gives abstract knowledge.
