FUNCTIONS OF PERSUASIVE PARTICLES IN A NOVEL BY F. DOSTOEVSKY «THE CRIME AND PUNISHMENT»

Abstract
The article is concentrated on one of the aspects of modality – the subjective modality, its functions as a textual category. On the basis of the novel the role of particles as a modifiers of subjectivemodal meaning in a formating of modal field of text is shown. This role is expressed by the authors attitude to the characters and the events of the novel.
