РЕАКЦИЯ АНТИОКСИДАНТНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ НА АНОКСИЮИ РЕОКСИГЕНАЦИЮ У МОРСКОГО ДВУСТВОРЧАТОГОМОЛЛЮСКА SCAPHARCA BROUGHTONI

Аннотация

В работе рассматриваются особенности биохимической организации и реакции антиоксидантной (АО) защитной системы в тканях пищеварительной железы и жабр моллюска Scapharca broughtoni в условиях экспериментальной аноксии/гипоксии с последующей реоксигенацией. Полученные результаты выявили, что аноксия вызвала общее подавление АО активности, снижение уровня глутатиона и сопровождалась интенсивным накоплением продуктов перекисного окисления липидов.
