Abstract

Modern fiction, which has become a special genre in literature, cinema and fine arts, is characterized by the use of fantastic meanings, suppositions and assumptions. Fiction is a kind of parallel universe which implies the construction of models of social and political development, the evolution of human civilization as it is. These and other questions were raised in an interview by V.A. Kovalev, the expert for the Regional Branch of the Russian Society of Political Scientists in the Komi Republic, Doctor of Political Sciences at the Department of Political Science and International Relations of Syktyvkar State University. The questions were asked by S.N. Fedorchenko, Candidate of Science in Politology, Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science and Law of Moscow State Regional University.
