INSTITUTIONAL QUALITIES OF COOPERATIVE ORGANIZATION (THEORETICAL ANALYSIS)

Abstract
The article undertakes the structural analysis of the cooperative forms of social and economic organization. Functional boundaries of different types and forms of cooperation are defined. The author also studies both subjective and objective factors of its genesis and development. Besides, the content of contradictions is disclosed. According to the author, these contradictions are the source of cooperative societies' improvement.
