FEATURES OF FORMING CIVIL CULTURE IN MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract
The article studies the peculiarities of forming civil culture which is built on the basis of a dialogue and cooperation bringing together people of different views and orientations. The author concludes that new values and directions of social development are formed through mutual compromises and concessions which are accepted by all public forces. As a result the system of behavioural rules is worked out and the participants of the interaction become dependent on each other.
