Abstract
This article describes the principle and tool software for decision-making support on participation in placement of the state orders with opportunities of the analytical monitoring, providing the solution of problems of multicriteria search and personification of results, ensuring mobility and remote availability of developed services of information exchange with primary data source of the state contracts (zakupki.gov.ru resource FTP server), realization of search of demanded data on placement of the state orders with use of system "Sphinx" and functions of their analytical processing.
