PHILOSOPHY AND METHODOLOGY OF EDUCATION PROGRAMS ADJUSTMENT: NEW APPROACHES

Abstract

The article deals with the philosophy and methodology of new approaches to the teaching, learning and assessment based on the formation of competences and aimed at the learning outcomes. The authors focus their attention on the analysis of transformational process from general fundamental education to the deeper practice-centered perspective, where the students independently develop their learning strategies in accordance with the individual research interests and the needs of the labor market. In this context there are teaching methods, learning activities and instruments of assessment activity revealed.
