Abstract
The second part of the article is devoted to the concepts of «Professional Competence of a Teacher in the Field of Children's Intellectual and Cognitive Development » and «the Improvement of Pre-school Teachers' Professional Competence in the Sphere of Preschool Children's Intellectual-cognitive Abilities Formation». The author describes the results of systematic monitoring of teachers and heads of pre-school educational institutions' professional competence formation in the sphere of developing children's intellectual-cognitive abilities.
