OPTIMIZING YOUTH ENVIRONMENT AS A CONDITION OF A PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the organization of the process of creating an optimizing youth environment in contemporary Russia. It analyzes the function of the system of formal, non-formal and informal education in that process. The authors consider the problems of creating such an environment, as well as its structure. The article defines the role of the optimizing youth environment in the process of developing a professionally oriented personality and forming the students' professional activities. The authors introduce the concept of habitus as a system of harmonically matched dispositions of a personality and its functioning in the youth environment.
