Abstract
The paper is devoted to the theoretical issues of studying the institute of political consultants. The novelty lies in the fact that the analysis of the Institute of Political Consultants is based on the study of its various levels. The paper analyzes the terminological and conceptual aspects of the scientific problem, considers the theoretical experience of domestic and foreign researchers. The author came to the conclusion that the modern institution of Political Consultants is developing on the world, local, national and regional levels.
