PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS AND MANAGING COUNCILS OF SCHOOLS IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM OF MOSCOW

Abstract

The article describes the activities of public organizations and managing councils of schools in Moscow region. It is shown that the development of the institute of state public management organizations and public professional associations is a positive tendency in the development of the education system of Moscow region. The managing councils and associations are the leading mass organizations in the schools of Moscow region. They have become an integral part of the education system life. They solve a wide range of issues; take part in a wide range of activities. Among them: exercising control over the quality of education, developing and approving the development programs and educational programs of educational institutions, controlling financial and economic activities, promoting the development of innovative capacity of the education system through creating, disseminating and implementation of educational innovations. Public organizations and associations play an important role in the development of the education system of Moscow region
