Abstract
The author describes the peculiarities of the professional and ethical culture
formation based on an interdisciplinary analysis. The analysis is made though comparing
the following phenomena: professional ethics, organizational ethics, professional
and ethical culture, organizational and corporate culture. The authors empirical study results
give clear understanding of the types of a future social teachers professional and ethical
stand during his teaching practice. The article presents the risks connected with students
professional and ethical culture formation and discloses the conditions and means of this
phenomenon formation.
