PLURALISM AND FORMS OF OWNERSHIP

Abstract

The article shows the manifestations of pluralism in the ownership relations, highlights
and analyses two approaches to the implementation of ownership institution: both in
narrow and wide sense. In this context, in the fi rst case the forms of income from specifi c
types of property are explored (profi t, rent, interest, rental fee, dividends, etc.), and in the
second case the institute of ownerships implementations are described in various relations
and forms, at different levels. The article focuses on the second approach, as the socioeconomic,
legal and psychological forms of ownership make the institute of ownership real
and connect it with the system of social relations
