SYNTHESIS OF THE METHOD OF QUANTITATIVE ESTIMATION OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL AT THE MICRO LEVEL

Abstract
The article reveals the potency qualimetric assessment in an examination of the
extent of the approximation degree of the individual characteristics of an innovator. The author
has developed the matrix of the innovators abilities estimation and has synthesized the
model of an index assessment of the innovative capacity of an enterprise. The quantitative
methods of interpretation of the potential components are created: an innovators potentialities,
his knowledge and skills, idea level. The author suggests the economic-mathematical
methods of formation of indexes of components and the complex indicator of innovative
potential at micro level. Besides the article presents the method of an assessment of investment
appeal of an innovation, on its perspective novelty for the market and the current stage
of technological readiness for the introduction in mass production replication.
