FORMING INNOVATIVE MECHANISM OF INDUSTRIAL CONTROL SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article considers the conceptual bases of forming an innovative mechanism
of industrial control development and reveals some basic requirements for its building and
functioning as well as the composition, nature and functions of its bodies.
The author describes the features of industrial management structures (purposeful, functional,
organizational) and shows the necessity of forming structural adaptation for effective
functioning of innovative mechanism of development, the functions of the system body of
adaptation and the management body being distributed.
