METHOD OF SOCIAL HISTORY IN DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL INTERACTION OF CHILDREN WITH VIOLATIONS OF THE AUTHENTIC SPECTRUM (ON MATERIALS OF FOREIGN SOURCES)

Abstract

Abstract The article considers the method of social stories as one of the effective methods applied abroad in the practice of working with children with autism spectrum disorders in order to develop their skills of social interaction, communication, mastering social norms and rules of behavior. It has been revealed that the effectiveness of this method increases with its use in the system with other methods for the development of social interaction and communication skills in children with autism disorders, especially in combination with methods of visual support, such as pictures, signs, symbols, video. The authors note that the validity and reliability of the application of the method of social histories is proved by the experimental data obtained by a number of researchers.
