MAIN TRENDS IN CHINA’S MODERN MIGRATION POLICY

Abstract
Abstract Today migration processes has become an important factor of modern state development. The article scrutinizes the main tendencies of the modern immigration policy of China. They are: the transformation of China in the global migration order, the fight against illegal migration, the policy towards the overseas Chinese, the involvement of international specialists, the attitude to refugees, the problems of migration legislation.
