THE PROBLEM OF EFFECTIVE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE STATE POLICY BASIC PRINCIPLES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE EDUCATIONAL FIELD

Abstract

Aim. To analyze the importance of effective management of educational project resources in the context of the main principles of the Russian state policy in the educational field.

Methodology. The study is based on a comprehensive analysis of the document called “Strategy for the Development of Education until 2036, with a Perspective until 2040.”

Results. The main principles of the Russian state policy in the educational field refer to humanism, priority of universal values, accessibility of education and its secular nature, considering the complexity of managing educational project resources. The main factors that hinder the effective management of educational resources are identified, and possible solutions are proposed.

Research implications. The presented results contribute to the theoretical and practical development of effective management of educational project resources in the context of the main principles accepted in the state policy of the Russian Federation and can be used to improve legislation in the educational field, in the educational process in the training of specialists in the relevant field, as well as in practical activities.
