В статье автор описывает процесс реформирования организации для детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей. Это позволяет осуществлять в рамках сетевого взаимодействия комплексную помощь субъектам деинституционализации, к которым автор относит самого ребенка, имеющего статус сироты или оставшегося без попечения родителей. Помощь реализуется в различных условиях воспитания: в самом учреждении, в замещающей семье; при переходе в замещающую семью, а также кровную семью ребенка, с которой необходимо поддерживать контакт воспитанника учреждения; осуществляется подготовка педагогов, работающих с детьми и семьями (воспитателей, социальных педагогов, педагогов-психологов), специалистов органов опеки и попечительства муниципальных районов Вологодской области.
In the article the author describes the process of reforming the organization for children-orphans and children left without parental care. This reform allows to organize and implement necessary complex assistance to the subjects of deinstitutionalization in the framework of network interaction, a child with the status of an orphan or left without parental care being considered as a subject of this reform. It is stated that such assistance can be realized in different conditions of upbringing: in the organization itself, in a foster family; within the transition period in a foster family, as well as, in the biological family of a child with which it is necessary to maintain contacts. Teachers working with children and families (educators, social workers, teachers-psychologists) and the guardianship authorities are being trained in Vologda region.
