<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article studies the phenomenon of future police officers' implicit knowledge. The author gives grounds for this phenomenon to be an integral part of the subject's consciousness and to consist of some interrelated components, such as: beliefs, values and ideas. As a result, personality knowledge is a phenomenon which can be theoretically analyzed and its structural elements can be singled out. Thus, its traditional epistemological speculative character becomes insignificant, so it can be studied. The main value of implicit personality knowledge is its integrity. This fact makes it impossible to form each element separately and partially. The essence and inherent characteristics of implicit knowledge are the basis of their use in the process of professional training of future police officers.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>неявное знание</kwd><kwd>профессионально ориентированное обучение</kwd><kwd>субъект правоохранительной деятельности</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>implicit knowledge</kwd><kwd>professional training</kwd><kwd>the subject of law enforcement activities</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Поппер К.
