В статье исследуется связь национальных форм международной солидарности и социального прогресса. Автор на большом историческом материале раскрывает содержание форм развития ряда наций и соотносит, сопоставляет национальное развитие и социальный прогресс. Он убедительно показывает, что и национальное развитие, и социальный прогресс основываются на высочайшем гуманизме народов. При этом гуманизм общностей людей столь же значим, как и гуманизм, основанный на ценностях отдельной личности. Этот аспект важен в эпоху глобализации.
The article explores a connection between national forms of international solidarity and social progress. Through substantial historical investigation the forms of some nations' development are described and national development in general is compared with social progress. It is convincingly shown that both national development and social progress are founded on humanism. Moreover, the humanism of social entities is as significant as the humanism based on personality's values, which is an important aspect in the epoch of globalization.
