Рассмотрены отличия категорий «угроза» и «риск». Предложена классификация угроз промышленной организации, определены подходы к их оценке. Отмечено, что стоимостная оценка потерь реализации угрозы включает в себя сумму убытков и затрат на возмещение ущерба. Под убытками в этом случае следует понимать отрицательные последствия, выраженные в денежном эквиваленте, которые наступили или могут наступить в результате реализации угрозы. Предложена система показателей оценки угроз и методика определения расходов на управление противодействием, включающая расчет коэффициента стабильности организации, затраты на покрытие и возмещения косвенных потерь.
The article considers differences between the categories of threat and risk. The classification of threats of industrial organization is offered. Approaches to the assessment of threats are defined. It is determined that the cost estimation of the losses from the implementation of the threat includes the amount of losses and expenditure on damage compensation. It is proposed to understand the losses from the realization of the threat as the negative consequences, expressed in monetary terms, which have already occurred or may occur as a result of the threat implementation. The article offers the system of indicators for the evaluation of threats and methods of determining the costs of the management of the opposition, including the calculation of the stability of the organization, the cost of covering losses and for the reimbursement of indirect losses.
