Описываются результаты системного мониторинга сформированности профессиональной компетентности педагогов и руководителей дошкольного образования в сфере формирования интеллектуально-познавательных способностей детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The second part of the article is devoted to the concepts of «Professional Competence of a Teacher in the Field of Children's Intellectual and Cognitive Development » and «the Improvement of Pre-school Teachers' Professional Competence in the Sphere of Preschool Children's Intellectual-cognitive Abilities Formation».
