Статья посвящена логистическому подходу к реализации инвестиционных проектов развития дорожной сети в Российской Федерации. Очевидность выгоды использования платной дороги в России заключается в возможности повышения качества логистических услуг в условиях применения коммерческой основы обслуживания. Использование логистического подхода в управлении коммерческими элементами дорожно-транспортной сети не просто возможно, но и крайне необходимо, так как обеспечивает более успешную и эффективную работу в части совершенствования элементов логистической инфраструктуры, в отличие от традиционного способа, благодаря комплексному, системному подходу; обязательному учёту интересов всех участников логистического процесса.
The article is devoted to the logistics approach to the implementation of investment projects of the road network development in the Russian Federation. The apparent benefit of using toll roads in Russia consists in its potential as a source of improvement of the logistics services quality in the context of commercial servicing. The use of logistic approach in management of the commercial elements of the road and transport network isn't just possible but is urgent. It ensures more successful and effective perfection of the elements of the logistic infrastructure unlike the traditional approach. It is due to the use of integrated and system approach; as well as to taking into consideration the interests of all participants of the logistic process.
