Статья посвящена проблемам создания модели системы управления программами (СУП) развития промышленных организаций. Рассматриваются прин- ципы, условия и причины, в соответствии с которыми данная система должна ориен- тироваться на комплексное решение поставленных задач. При формировании СУП рассматривается включение в нее информационного, материального и финансового потоков, что обеспечивает комплексное представление о взаимосвязях. Авторами предложена модульная конструкция блоков управления программами развития.
The article is devoted to the problems of creating a model of program management system and industrial organizations development. The article describes the principles, conditions and reasons under which the system should focus on the complex solution of the given tasks. While forming such program management system its important to include in it the information, material and fi nancial fl ows. This will provide complex understanding of the interactions. The authors have proposed a modular construction of the control blocks of the development programs.
