В современной России Церковь переживает кризисное состояние, кото- рое имело место в XIX - начале XX вв. Происходят стандартизация современной ци- вилизации, утверждение в человеческом сознании рациональной философии и науки, рост технологий, создающих современную технокультуру. Тем не менее, в народном сознании Церковь является хранительницей исторического наследия и нравственных устоев общества. В статье рассматриваются отношения между Церковью и государ- ством, выражающиеся в конкордате - взаимном согласии двух институтов при неза- висимости каждого. В данном ключе взаимоотношения государственной и церковной власти и связанный с ними социальный строй видятся не как универсальные, научно разработанные рецепты всеобщей общественно-политической гармонии, но как уни- кальное явление, свойственное только российскому обществу.
In modern Russia the Church endures the same crisis it had passed through in XIX - the beginning of the XX-th centuries. The present moment is characterized by the standardization of the modern civilization, the strengthening of rational philosophy and science in human consciousness, the technological growth creating modern technocratic culture. Nevertheless, according to the peoples mentality the Church is the keeper of the historical heritage and societys moral principles. The article depicts relations between the State and the Church. The author considers the State-Church relations, expressed in the concordat - a mutual agreement between the two institutions, each of the two being independent. In such a key both the mutual State-Church relations and the social system connected with them cant be seen as universal and scientifi cally developed formulae of the universal social-political harmony, but as the unique phenomenon of the Russian society.
