Получены объемные фотографии стигмальных пластинок An. claviger, An. maculipennis, An. messeae, An.sacharovi, An. superpictus. Определена структура стиг- мальных пластинок, предложен ключ для определения видов-двойников комплекса An. maculipennis на территории Республики Армении. Проведен анализ стигмальных пла- стинок An. superpictus, An. maculipennis, An. messeae, An. claviger с использованием ме- тодов геометрической морфометрии. Установлено, что эти виды малярийных комаров хорошо расходятся в пространстве относительных деформаций. Виды An. superpictus, An. claviger и представители комплекса An. maculipennis хорошо разделяются в гради- енте RW1 и RW2; виды-двойники An. maculipennis и An. messeae успешно дифферен- цируются по градиентам RW1 и RW3. Показано, что величины прокрустовых дистанций отражают степень родства изученных видов малярийных комаров рода Anopheles.
The purpose of the given work is the analysis of larvae of malaria mosquitoes stigma plates of Anopheles genus (Diptera, Culicidae). Three-dimensional photos of stigmal plates are received from An. claviger, An. maculipennis, An. messeae, An.sacharovi, An. superpictus. The structure of stigmal plates has been defi ned, a key for defi nition of sibling species of An. maculipennis complex on territory of Republic of Armenia has been developed. The analysis of stigmal plates of An. superpictus, An. maculipennis, An. messeae, An. claviger has been made with use of geometrical morphometry methods. It was stated that these species of malaria mosquitoes disperse well in the space of relative deformations. An. superpictus, An. claviger and representatives of complex An. maculipennis are well differentiated in RW1 and RW2 gradients; sibling species An. maculipennis and An. messeae are successfully differentiated on RW1 and RW3 gradients. It was shown that the sizes of Procrustean distances refl ect the degree of relationship between the studied malaria mosquitoes of Anopheles genus.
