Настоящая статья посвящена рассмотрению вопросов реструктуризации промышленных предприятий как одному из методов адаптации к трансформирующимся условиям внешней среды и преодолению кризисных явлений в финансово-хозяйственной деятельности. В работе рассмотрены основные ценности предприятия и на их основе выделена основная цель любого проекта реструктуризации. Также рассмотрен механизм реструктуризации как упорядоченная совокупность средств и методов воздействия на предприятие для сохранения или приумножения ценностей предприятия и выделены следующие его элементы: цели, принципы, методы, этапы и средства обеспечения
This article is devoted to the issues of industrial enterprises restructuring as one of the methods of adaptation to the conditions of the transforming external environment and to the overcoming of the crisis in fi nancial and economic activities. The article considers the basic values of an enterprise and the main objective of any project of restructuring taking them into consideration. Besides, the author considers the mechanism of restructuring to be an ordered set of means and methods of infl uence on the enterprise, and highlights its elements as: objectives, principles, methods, stages and means of support.
