В статье показаны проявления плюрализма в отношениях собственности, выделяются и анализируются два подхода к реализации института собственности: в узком смысле и более широком. В данном контексте в первом случае рассматриваются формы дохода (прибыль, рента, процент, арендная плата, дивиденд и др.), приносимые конкретными видами собственности, а во втором случае - реализация института собственности в многообразных отношениях, формах и уровнях. Акцент в работе делается на второй подход, так как именно социально-экономическая, юридическая и психологическая формы реализации института собственности делают институт собственности реально ощутимым и связывают его с системой разнообразных общественных отношений
The article shows the manifestations of pluralism in the ownership relations, highlights and analyses two approaches to the implementation of ownership institution: both in narrow and wide sense. In this context, in the fi rst case the forms of income from specifi c types of property are explored (profi t, rent, interest, rental fee, dividends, etc.), and in the second case the institute of ownerships implementations are described in various relations and forms, at different levels. The article focuses on the second approach, as the socioeconomic, legal and psychological forms of ownership make the institute of ownership real and connect it with the system of social relations
