В статье анализируется понятие «ИКТ-компетентность педагога», приведена авторская трактовка данного понятия. Описана разработанная авторами система независимой сертификации ИКТ-компетентности педагога, которая включает в себя: цель, задачи сертификации, процедуру, обоснование уровней владения, критерии оценки, комплекс измерительных материалов. Подробно описаны базовые принципы проведения сертификации: доступность, объективность, добровольность. Дается анализ проблем и преимуществ внедрения системы сертификации преподавателей в вузе
The article analyzes the concept of ICT competence of a teacher and gives the authors interpretation of the concept. The article describes a system of the independent certifi cation of a teachers ICT competence developed by the authors. The system includes: the purpose, the objectives of certifi cation, the procedure, the substantiation of skills levels, the evaluation criteria and a set of measuring materials. The author describes in detail the basic principles of the certifi cation: accessibility, fairness, voluntariness. The challenges and benefi ts of implementing the certifi cation system at universities are also analyzed.
