В данной статье определяется характер взаимосвязи и взаимодействия права Европейского Союза и национального права. Исследователи верно подмечают, что в практическом плане осуществление принципа прямого действия права, наряду с принципом его верховенства, означает «для физических и юридических лиц возможность опираться на право сообществ и добиваться его реализации через суды государств-членов», а для европейского правопорядка - его утверждение и развитие.

Character of intercommunication and co-operation of right for European Union and national right, researchers, is determined in this article, right, notice that in a practical plan realization of principle of direct action of right, along with principle of his supremacy, means «for physical and legal persons there is possibility to lean against a right for associations and labour for his realization through the courts of gosudarstv-chlenov», and for the European law and order is his assertion and development.
