По самооценке изучены самостоятельность, организованность, компетентность, креативность, ответственность и направленность интересов в деятельности у работников офисов. Разработана оригинальная программа опроса, позволившая установить существование, во-первых, половых различий в исследуемых психологических характеристиках, и, во-вторых, отличия в уровне организованности, компетентности и самостоятельности у работников возрастных групп до 30 лет и старше 31 года.
By a self-estimation independence, self-discipline, competence, creativeness, responsibility and an orientation of interests in activity at workers of offices are studied. The original program of interrogation has been developed. It has allowed to establish the existence of sexual differences in investigated psychological characteristics and differences in level of self-discipline, competence and independence of age groups of workers till 30 years and after 31 years.
