В развитой экономике рынок жилья не может функционировать без эффективно действующих систем жилищного финансирования на макро- и микроуровнях. Государственная жилищная политика призвана обеспечивать максимальную мобилизацию средств для жилищного сектора. В связи с этим целесообразно иметь широкий диапазон различных систем и инструментов в интересах заёмщиков и экономики в целом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Government control of market of accommodation is objectively necessary in the conditions of market economy. In the developed economy the market of accommodation can not function without the effectively operating systems of the housing financing on macro- and microlevels. A public housing policy is called to provide maximal mobilization of facilities for a housing sector.
