В настоящей статье автор рассматривает кризис легитимности государственной власти как условие, при котором пробуждаются все факторы, детерминирующие сепаратизм. На основе анализа политического процесса 90-х г. ХХ в автор показывает, что в регионах сепаратистские тенденции усиливаются по мере делегитимации федеральной власти.
In this article author regards the crisis of public authorities as condition of actualization of separatism. On basis of analysis of last decades political process, author has proved, that separatism exhibits a tendency to increase in activity when federal authorities are in crisis.
