В данной статье обсуждается влияние национального права на международное; хотя оно и значительное, однако носит не прямой, а опосредованный характер, который определяется общей направленностью внутригосударственного права. Только внутригосударственное право демократической направленности оказывает прогрессивное воздействие на развитие международного права.
In this article influence of national right comes into question on international though considerably, however carries to the not line, but the mediated character which is determined by the general orientation of domestic right. Only a domestic right for a democratic orientation renders the progressive affecting development of international law.
