В статье рассматривается концепция создания «нового мирового порядка», основанного на лидерстве США, ее изменения после террористической атаки 11 сентября 2001 года; показано влияние концепции на американо-российские отношения.

In article the concept of creation of «the new world(global) order», based on leadership the USА, its changes after terrorist attack on September, 11, 2001 are considered; influence of the concept on the American - Russian relations is shown.
