В статье исследуются концептуальные теоретико-методологические подходы к определению сущности этнополитических конфликтов в современном мире. Автор подробно рассматривает развитие представлений о природе этнополитических противоречий в истории политической мысли. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам толкования феномена «этнополитический конфликт» в западной и отечественной политической науке. Раскрываются структура и содержание конфликтов на политической и этнической почве, а также выделяется динамика их протекания. Методологической основной данного исследования является: системный подход, сравнительный и политологический подходы, исторический метод и др. Основным выводом исследования является существенность этнополитического фактора в условиях поступательного развития общества. Отмечаются влияние и воздействие на развитие конфликтной ситуации ярко выраженной дифференциации по различным основаниям в социальной среде.
The paper studies conceptual theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the nature of ethnopolitical conflicts in the modern world. The author examines in detail the development of ideas about the nature of ethnopolitical contradictions in the history of political thought. Special attention is paid to the interpretation of the phenomenon of “ethnopolitical conflict” in Western and domestic political science. The paper reveals the structure and content of conflicts on political and ethnic grounds, as well as the dynamics of their flow. The methodological core of this study is: the systemic approach, the comparative and political approaches, the historical method and others. The main conclusions of the study are: the importance of the ethnopolitical factor in the conditions of the progressive development of society. It is noted that the pronounced differentiation on various grounds in social environment has influence and impact upon the development of the conflict situation.
