Статья посвящена анализу феномена политических интернет-коммуникаций в контексте современных дискурсивных тенденций. В фокусе внимания автора находится проблема возможности использования политических интернет-коммуникаций в качестве индикатора развитости государственного управления. Применяемая методология исследования состоит в анализе изучаемого феномена через призму лингвокультурного и политологического контекста. Автор приходит к выводам о вариативности комму-никационных моделей, не позволяющей установить универсальный рейтинг развитости политических интернет-коммуникаций, по странам мира. Применительно к каждой стране должны быть описаны специфические контекстные условия развития как коммуникационных связей, так и политических традиций.
The paper is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of political Internet communications in the context of modern discursive trends. The author focuses on the problem of the possibility of using political Internet communications as an indicator of the development of public administration. The applied research methodology consists in analyzing the phenomenon of political Internet communications through the prism of the linguistic and political context. The author comes to conclusions about the variability of communication models that do not allow to establish a universal rating of the development of political Internet communications around the world. For each country it is necessary to describe specific contextual conditions of both communication links and political traditions development.
